Every real ERPNext install is customised. The connector introspects your site at connection time — custom fields, custom DocTypes, and every vertical app you run appear in the field picker automatically.

  • Child tables handled correctly — row-level upsert, not blind replace, with parenttype/parentfield set for you.
  • Idempotent by default — a Flow External Ref maps every external record to its ERPNext doc, so re-running a sync is always safe.
  • Submit / cancel / amend handled explicitly — docstatus transitions are never implied, never guessed.
  • Fleet-aware — one connection per site, plus site-groups so one workflow fans out across every site in a Platform Manager–run fleet.
